Construction Timeline System
The Construction Timeline System generates the timeline for the entire construction process, producing Gantt charts the whole team follows from start to turnover. Staff file daily progress reports with image and video uploads, so work on site is documented and visible every single day — keeping every phase of the build on schedule and accountable.
